It looks as if  Paris Hilton and Britney Spears became a really close friends, after Britney decided to ditch her husband  Kevin Federline.
The pair spend their  Thanksgiving partying in LA. They hit the clubs almost every night over the holiday week and even went shopping in Malibu together.  Hilton and Spears started their girl-time marathon on Tuesday, when Spears, 24, went to a post-American Music Awards party Hilton, 25. On Friday they were at Hyde Lounge (”Hilton left her sister Nicky and friends at the nightclub Les Deux to pick up Spears and stopped at Hyde Lounge before eventually heading back to Les Deux just before close,” , Poeple magazine reveals). On Saturday, after huge shopping with Britney’s son, Sean Preston, ladys went to Hyde again and this time had fun with the Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. “Paris was acting like Britney’s boyfriend. She opened doors for her, held her hand, and even had her arm around Britney’s lower back. Britney happily accepted Paris’ friendly gestures.” claims well informed source.

Paris Hilton is shocking again. This time at a Las Vegas nightclub. It was at the  concert of rapper Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter. Paris decided to get up to perform but ended up vomiting on stage instead. One of the guests at the nightclub was singer Joshua Radin.  “Paris Hilton was sitting next to me the whole night. Seriously, next to me, like our legs were touching for a good five hours. Now don’t get the wrong idea. She never once said hello, nor even looked in my direction. Five hours. And it was unreal to watch. She must have pulled a compact out of her bag every six minutes to stare at herself and pose while Jay-Z was performing eighteen inches from us. Paris, who had been swilling straight vodka from (a) Grey Goose bottle for hours, gets up on stage, has the people in charge throw her ‘record’ on the house stereo for her to lip sync two of her songs. She gets up on the stage, pukes, leaves…” singer reveals on his MySpace page.

On Thursday at 8:30 a.m. Paris Hilton will find out what punishment she gets for  driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher.  The maximum punishment for a first-time DUI is a $1,000 fine and/or six months in jail.  “If she pleads guilty, she’d likely pay a fine, attend DUI school and be on probation for three years,”  says Lawrence Taylor, an L.A.-based attorney. The heiress was arrested on Sept. 7 shortly before 12:30 a.m. for “driving erratically.”  A Breathalyzer test showing her blood alcohol level to be 0.08, the minimum required for a DUI arrest in California. Her publicist, Elliot Mintz insists that’s because she hasn’t eaten anything the day and in the evening she drank one margarita at an event that evening. “Paris regrets the entire event. She had never been arrested before, so to go through the police procedure was very disorienting for her. It was personally humiliating for her; she is not taking it lightly or frivolously.” says Mintz. 

On Thursday Paris Hilton has been aressted for drunk driving. As her representative insists, she just has drunk one drink, but she hasn’t eaten for all day, that’s why  a Breathalyzer test showed her blood alcohol level to be 0.08, the minimum required for a DUI arrest in California.  “She went through the day without eating, attended a benefit that evening and was on her way to In-N-Out Burger when she was stopped. So on that day, only one drink could have conspired to make her driving come to the attention of the police, ” says Mintz. Paris was driving with  Kimberly Stewart, Rod Stewart’s daughter, in the passenger seat.  “She had been drinking, so (Hilton) opted to have the car towed rather than parked there because neither of them were in a condition to drive it away,” said  Stewart to the police. According to Paris spokesperson Star really regrets the entire situation.

Paris Hilton recently slammed rumours she hacked into Lindsay Lohan’s BlackBerry, but one thing is sure, somebody did it and sent offensive messages to her friends from it. Paris insists that similar story happend to her in 2004 and she really well know how it is so she would never do this to anybody. “I’m saddened this happened to Lindsay. I lived through this with Paris two years ago when her Sidekick was hacked into, and the loss of privacy is unbearable. But as for any suggestion that Paris would have anything to do with this, that is silly, untrue and unfortunate.” said Hilton’s representative Elliot Mintz. Lohan’s rep said that the perpetrator sent “disgusting and very mean messages that everyone thought were coming from Lindsay. They weren’t. We now have her lawyers looking into it. Some people think Paris may have been involved because the wording of the messages sounds very familiar.” Meanwhile Paris thinks about completly different things. “I love James Blunt. I first met him at The Brits. We went to dinner. I saw him perform the other night. I’d love to do music with him. I love the fact he used to be in the army. That’s pretty hot.” she said recently

E! Entertainment Television will air a fifth season of the reality series The Simple Life, but there is a problem, because Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, former best friends might not be filmed separately although they were  for season four. E! Networks president and CEO Ted Harbert said that for him the most important thing was what was the best for the show. “I don’t have any control over whether they’ll be friends by next season. We need to talk about the best thing to do for the show, and I’m not sure shooting them separately again is the best thing for the show.” he added.
On the most recent season the two didn’t share any screen time. “We can’t do that again.” said Harbert.  “They want to give the viewers what they want, and what the viewers want is to see Paris and Nicole together, fighting,” insist sources close to the case.

“Simple Life is a reality show and people might assume it’s real. But it’s fake. All reality shows are fake basically. When you have a camera on you, you are not going to act yourself. So before I started the show I thought I’d make a character like the movies. Legally Blonde and Clueless mixed together, with a rich girl all-in-one. Even my voice is different from me in real life. It’s a character I like to play. I think its carefree and happy. The public think they know me but they really don’t.” revealed  Paris Hilton  about her character which she created in the reality show.

Is it possible that Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan are no longer best pals. There’s been a big quarrel between the ladies at Hollywood hot spot Hyde on Friday. Allegedly Lindsay interrupted Paris while she was chatting with friends. “Paris was having a conversation with a couple of friends. Lindsay approached her table and at that moment Paris felt she was being interrupted and didn’t wish to speak to Lindsay. A couple of words were exchanged and Lindsay went back to her table. I can understand how other patrons in the club could have thought it had been a bigger deal than it actually was.”, explains  Elliot Mintz, Hilton’s spokesperson. There is a speculation that Hilton is furious because Lohan uses Hilton’s name to promote her new movie “Just My Luck”. The source claims Paris doesn’t want to let Lohan use her name to help further her career.

It’s the second time we hear that Paris Hilton has lost something. At first it was her Chihuahua Tinkerbell, but after few days it was found.  This time hotel heiress had lost a gift for her mother on Mother’s Day, it was stolen from the front of Hiltons’ house. Paris spent three hours on shopping to choose special gift for her mother and it cost her $10,000. She bought Christian Dior shoes, sunglasses, handbags and perfume. The theft had happened when a delivery man put the package down, as he wanted to knock on the Hilton’s door and then “a fellow just whizzed by and grabbed the package”. In the end Paris had to take mother to the restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day.
 

The rumor has it that Paris Hilton has ditched her boyfriend Stavros Niarchos III, as she doesn’t want to spend all holiday on his yacht claiming she plans to promote her upcoming album. “Paris dumped him. He wanted Paris to spend the summer on his yacht, but she doesn’t want to party with kids on a boat. She’s going to promote her album.”, claims source close to the case. It is said that Paris broke up with Stavros before her journey to Austria on Thursday where she went to promote her album at a music festival for a reported fee of $1 million. Hotel heiress sparked rumors that she has a new beau, when she met football player Matt Leinart for lunch just after she got back from Europe on Monday.
