It looks as if Britney Spears and Kevin Federline finally reach an agreement about a custody for their two sons  for the month of January.
Britney will have custody of Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 4 months, most of the time, while Federline will have possibility to see the sons three times a week for four hours between Jan. 12 and 31 at Spears’s residence. Moreover, the former couple decided that the only people who will allowed to be present during the visitation will be Spears, Federline, a nanny, Spears’s personal assistant and household staff.
Meanwhile Britney got a permition to take the children to Miami for a week, till Jan.11.

Earlier this month a Malawi court granted Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie custody of David Banda for 18 months. Athought the custody is only temporary the couple is really happy. On Oct. 4  Madonna and her husband arrived in Malawi and few days later they went home to England without the boy as he didn’t have a passport. On Tuesday the boy arrived  in London at about 6:20 a.m. Madonna’s bodyguard and her personal assistant were with him all the time. Inside Heathrow, where the plane with a boy had landed up, three armed police officers helped them to get to the baggage-claim area and just ten minutes later they were led out through a back door, where Mercedes SUV was waiting for them.
Before David arrival appeared some human rights groups who insisted that Malawi’s laws governing international adoption have been bent for the singer. As an answer for that charges Madonna issued a statement defending her adoption.
“We have gone about the adoption procedure according to the law like anyone else who adopts a child. Reports to the contrary are totally inaccurate. The procedure includes an l8-month evaluation period, after which time we hope to make this adoption permanent. This was not a decision or commitment that my family or I take lightly,” she said in her statement. “My heartfelt thanks for all the good wishes I have received and I hope the press will allow my family some room for us to experience the joy we feel to have David home.” she added.

Judy Reyes is getting better after suffering a fracture after an accidental fall. The star has been released  from the hospital on Monday. “She’s going to be fine. She had an accidental fall at home and fractured her pelvis on Wednesday. She had surgery to repair it on Thursday. She didn’t realize it was as bad as it was and still went to work. Once there, she realized she needed medical treatment. She went to a hospital from the set,” said  Monique Ward, star’s representatie. Although she had to be on crutches  for about six weeks, she probably will shoot some scenes, but most of them will have to wait untill the actress wil be fine.

Cindy Crawford’s daughter,  five-year-old  Kaya, models a new swimwear range, but the thing caused controversy as she  poses topless and in a string bikini, showing off a tattoo on her lower back. The girl appears  in the ads for Melissa Odabash beachwear. The company has removed the pictures of Kaya from its website, as there were a lot of critics and oponents. “We’ve gotten calls from all over the place. Unfortunately, we are not able to release any of the pictures or info on the Melissa Odabash shoot. The pictures are actually no longer going to be on the website.”said Roberta Correia, the spokesperson of  the company. Crawford’s representative also claims that there is nothing to talk about and that it’s not a big deal. “Oh my God, that’s ridiculous. It’s a stick-on tattoo. Cindy’s friends own this company. It was just a fun little photo shoot they did in Malibu one day. Kaya is not modeling.” she said.

Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel Smith, 20, has died suddenly in the Bahamas on Sunday. Daniel was in the Caribbean nation where his mother, 38, gave birth to a girl on Thursday. He died just three days after his baby sister was born.  “On Sept. 7 Anna Nicole gave birth to a healthy 6 lb., 9 oz. baby girl. Her son Daniel was in the Bahamas with her to share in the joy of his baby sister when he passed away suddenly on the morning of Sept. 10. We have yet to learn the cause of death but do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor. Anna Nicole is absolutely devastated by the loss of her son. He was her pride and joy and an amazing human being. The lawsuit against  Los Angeles-based photographer Peter Brandt, who took topless photos to Jennifer Aniston in her home, is over. Aniston’s lawyer, Jay Lavely claims that everything were amicably resolved and as he said, “it’s a confidential settlement,”.  Aniston sued Brandt in December after he invaded her privacy by taking her topless images. Actress insisted that he used an  “invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures”. However Brandt insisted he took the pictures while standing on a public street about 300 yards away from actress hause.

Actress Carrie Nye died of cancer at her home in New York at the age of 69. She was born in  in Mississippi in 1936. Her performence on Broadway made her famous. She played in hits like Cop-out, A Second String, Half A Sixpence.  Nye also appeared in 24 productions at the Williamstown Theatre Festival. She was married to talk show host Dick Cavett. Carrie was nominated to Emmy for playing Tallulah Bankhead in TV film The Scarlett O’Hara War.

Just like last year, Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has been granted a first place in Maxim magazine’s annual Hot 100 list. It’s a list of most successful women in film, TV, music, sports and fashion, women who have “a tremendous amount of buzz surrounding them, undeniable beauty and a promise of greater things to come.” “I was actually really shocked last year when I made the list and then to get it a second time in a row - I just couldn’t believe it.” admitted Longoria and added, “I would have voted all of our Housewives on the list.” Jessica Alba claimed the number two spot, followed by Lindsay Lohan, Angelina Jolie, Stacy Keibler, Scarlett Johansson, Cameron Diaz, Kate Bosworth, Keira Knightley and Christina Milian, and also Teri Hatcher 37 spot,  and Nicollette Sheridan 48. Actress revealed that her boyfriend is very proud of her. “He’s very proud. He thinks he’s with a beautiful girl every day, so for him, it’s you know, someone else solidifying what he already thinks.” she said.

Actress Susan Sarandon has decided to spend her Mother’s day with protesting parents of sons in Iraq. Sarandon alongside activist Cindy Sheehan, a mother of a soldier whose been killed in the war, has kept vigil in front of the White House. Actress even wrote a letter to Laura Bush, which calls on First Lady to convince George Bush to have the courage to personally inform mothers of killed soldiers about their sons’ death. “Those moms praying as they wait for the phone to ring and they hear the voice of their child serving in Iraq. Let him be the one to tell them that this week the call will not be coming.” said Sarandon.

Christina Aguilera has shocked everyone when she announced that her new album will appear in stores this August. After singer’s wedding with Jordan Bratman in November she has come back to the studio and began her work on a retro-jazz disc to be named Back To Basics. It’ll be her first album in four years. Her latest, Stripped sold over 3.9 million copies in the US.
