Stern confirmed that the newborn is for Anna Nicole “one ray of hope” in these terrible days, after her 20-year-old son Daniel’s death. Anna Nicole  hired a pathologist to perform a second autopsy who confirmed that Daniel had taken “therapeutic levels” of the antidepressant Lexapro, but there is also indication that there may have been other prescriptive medication in his system.
The child, is “the one thing that is really keeping her going. And through it all, even with all the pain, she has been a great mom, a very attentive mom,” he said.  “We love each other and it’s been going on for a very long time and because of my relationship as her lawyer, we felt it was best to keep everything hidden. And we’ve done a pretty good job of that,” he added about their relationsip, but as he admitted, they don’t think about marriage write now,  “Right now we have to somehow get through what we’re going through.”

On Thursday at 8:30 a.m. Paris Hilton will find out what punishment she gets for  driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher.  The maximum punishment for a first-time DUI is a $1,000 fine and/or six months in jail.  “If she pleads guilty, she’d likely pay a fine, attend DUI school and be on probation for three years,”  says Lawrence Taylor, an L.A.-based attorney. The heiress was arrested on Sept. 7 shortly before 12:30 a.m. for “driving erratically.”  A Breathalyzer test showing her blood alcohol level to be 0.08, the minimum required for a DUI arrest in California. Her publicist, Elliot Mintz insists that’s because she hasn’t eaten anything the day and in the evening she drank one margarita at an event that evening. “Paris regrets the entire event. She had never been arrested before, so to go through the police procedure was very disorienting for her. It was personally humiliating for her; she is not taking it lightly or frivolously.” says Mintz.

Judy Reyes is getting better after suffering a fracture after an accidental fall. The star has been released  from the hospital on Monday. “She’s going to be fine. She had an accidental fall at home and fractured her pelvis on Wednesday. She had surgery to repair it on Thursday. She didn’t realize it was as bad as it was and still went to work. Once there, she realized she needed medical treatment. She went to a hospital from the set,” said  Monique Ward, star’s representatie. Although she had to be on crutches  for about six weeks, she probably will shoot some scenes, but most of them will have to wait untill the actress wil be fine.

After a year of cooperation with the head of power players The Firm,  Jeff Kwatinetz Jennifer Lopez have decided to call it quits. “Jennifer is a dear friend of The Firm and will remain so regardless of the business relationship. Cindy Crawford’s daughter,  five-year-old  Kaya, models a new swimwear range, but the thing caused controversy as she  poses topless and in a string bikini, showing off a tattoo on her lower back. The girl appears  in the ads for Melissa Odabash beachwear. The company has removed the pictures of Kaya from its website, as there were a lot of critics and oponents. “We’ve gotten calls from all over the place. Unfortunately, we are not able to release any of the pictures or info on the Melissa Odabash shoot. The pictures are actually no longer going to be on the website.”said Roberta Correia, the spokesperson of  the company. Crawford’s representative also claims that there is nothing to talk about and that it’s not a big deal. “Oh my God, that’s ridiculous. It’s a stick-on tattoo. Cindy’s friends own this company. It was just a fun little photo shoot they did in Malibu one day. Kaya is not modeling.” she said.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline became parents for the second time, source close to the family has confirmed. Britney Spears gave birth to a baby boy just before 2 a.m. Tuesday at a Los Angeles hospital via a scheduled C-section. The couple already has a son, Sean Preston, who was born Sept. 14 last year but for Federline it’s fourth child, as he has a daughter Kori, 4, and son Kaleb, 2, with actress Shar Jackson. Britney and Kevin wed on Sept. 18, 2004. and really soon after they started to talk about kids. “I can see myself as a mom. Next year at 23, I am so there,” said Britney after the wedding. Happy parents decided to give their son a name Sutton Pierce, which also has initials S.P. like their first son’s name.   
Federline has stayed with his wife at home since over a month, because as he said some time ago, “I’m really going to kick back and wait and see when this baby is going to come, spend my time with my family and my wife,” Now both of them are planning to back to work. “I’m definitely going to start working out in a huge way,” Britney said.

Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie, real name Stacy Ferguson  claims that  performing was the only thing which saved  her  from drug addiction. “When we’re on tour I have an hour and a half of performing every night and improvising. If there’s a rafter, I can climb right on it!” she said. Singer insists performing gave her a positive outlet for her pent-up emotions.  Fergie has worked really very hard to handle with the addiction.   The drug, “was the hardest boyfriend I ever had to break up with. I dug deep as to why I got there. It’s the drug that’s addicting. But it’s why you start doing it in the first place that’s interesting. A lot of it was being a child actor, I learned to suppress feelings.”  Fergie said in the interview.
