Is it possible that Madonna could be excommunicated ? It looks as if it can be the true.  Her controversial performence will be monitored by prosecutors in Germany.  Her “Confessions Tour” stop in Düsseldorf on Sunday. Prosecutors want to make sure that Madonna’s performence won’t insults religious beliefs, but according to Johannes Mocken, a spokesperson for prosecutors in Düsseldorf, the  authorities wouldn’t be able to send observers to the concert. They only would rely on media raports. Meanwhile singer defends herself by saying,  “I don’t think Jesus would be mad at me and the message I’m trying to send.” . Her spokesperson adds,  “The context of Madonna’s performance on the crucifix is not negative nor disrespectful toward the church.” Vatican Cardinal Ersilio Tonino even talked with the Pope about Madonna’s  “profanation of the cross” and  “called for the Catholic-raised Madonna to be excommunicated”.

Shanna Moakler, the former Miss USA reveals on her MySpace.com blog that  although she is “heartbroken” over the demise of her marriage to Travis Barker  still believes in “the power of love”. The former couple have two children, son Landon, 2, and daughter Alabama, 7 months. Moakler has also daughter Atiana, 7, from her previous  relationship with boxer Oscar de la Hoya. They broke up in 2000. Then she dated Dennis Quaid  for almost eight months. Meanwhile Barker for a year was married to psychology student Melissa Kennedy, but they divorced in 2002.

I am very devastated and very much heartbroken over the demise of my marriage and for the upset of my family. I wanted nothing more (than) to overcome the challenges we faced but failed. The couple were on they way from the airport after a trip to Salt Lake City while they saw people who have an accident. Cruise and Holmes stopped to check out what had happend and to make sure the passengers, Jon Henningsen and his wife weren’t seriously  injured. Then they waited with them until the police and fire department arrived.

After almost six years of marriage Actress Kate Hudson and her husband, Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson have decided to file for divorce. They met in 1999 and got married in 2000. In 2004 their son Ryder Russell was born. The couple seemed to be very happy  “We’re sharing something so gigantic now. I think it’s the best we’ve ever felt being together.” said Hudson about her marriage since Ryder’s birth. The information about couple’s split has been confirmed by star’s rep, Brad Cafarelli.

Throughout a dinner party at London’s Kensington Palace, where she was invited by offspring of Princess Michael Of Kent, she was not  only playing with her Blackberry personal organizer but she also appeared there with her hairdresser pal Andy LeCompte.  “She brought along her hairdresser as chaperone. Even though Mischa was seated right next to Freddie, she spent the whole meal tapping text messages into her Blackberry. Freddie was rather offended.” a source claims. Her terrible behavior offended British royal Lord Freddie Windsor.

Laguna Beach star Kristin Cavallari, 19, and her boyfriend, Brody Jenner, 22 broke up. They met thanks to Laguna Beach costar Talan Torriero. “Yes, Brody and I broke up. It’s just hard right now because I am working all the time. We’re still good friends though.” said Cavallari.
Previously the couple split once, but got back together shortly afterward. During that break Cavallari was seeing a few times with Nicky Lachey, but as her friends claims it wasn’t anything serious. Some time ago Cavallari said about her relationship to Jenner that it was her “first mature relationship.”and she added, “He’s good-looking and he makes me laugh for hours,” . Now it looks as if there were no chance for Cavallari and Jenner’s reconciliation.

Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro’s marriage is in the rock. Carmen Electra filed for divorce on Thursday citing irreconcilable differences. Carmen and Dave were marriage for almost three years. Both insists their split is very amicable. “Carmen is my best friend and I love her more than anything.” said Dave in his statement.
There were speculations that Navarro is dating adult film star Jenna Jameson just weeks after their separation which has been announced on July 18, 2006.  Meanwhile Jenna Jameson is separated  from her husband, Jay Grdina. “We have been together for eight years and have had a great relationship. We are best friends and love each other, but definitely need a break. It’s nice every once in a while to change it up. Neither of us is really dating anyone, just having fun.” Grdina told PEOPLE about  Jameson’s new romance.There is no comment from thier representatives. Electra also insists that her alleged affair with Jamie Foxx is untrue. 

It looks as if Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton don’t like eachother. Recently Lohan slammed former friend Paris after she and  Los Angeles-based oil heir Brandon Davis has poked fun at Lohan’s personal hygiene and her lifestyle. Although Lohan has never seen the video footage she claims that she has been told all about it.  “I started getting prank calls from them on my voicemail. They’d be screaming and saying stuff that was said in the video.” said Lohan in the interview for fashion magazine Elle. Lohan also made a few catty references about  Hilton’s controversial 1 Night In Paris sex tape,  “Obviously, she’s very comfortable making videos” actress said. Recently Paris also accused Lohan of  of trying to steal her boyfriend Stavros Niarchos II and it almost led ladys to fight,  “She went off on this Stavros thing, grabbing my arm, saying, ‘I can’t believe you f**king called Stavros.’” Lohan  reveals

Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock are husband and wife since Aug.3. Although Anderson announced that they are married on Aug. 2, they really got married next day. The sources claim that the couple quietly made their union legal at the Beverly Hills Courthouse on Thursday morning. At the ceremony weren’t many guests. There was only a friend  who served as witness. Even actress’ sons from her previous marriage did not attend. It was the second ceremony, as the first took place Last weekend in Saint-Tropez, they held an elaborate wedding aboard a yacht, but they had to repeat it because according to the French law couples must first have a civil wedding at the mayor’s office. “I’m going to get married a few times this month to the same guy. We had to do Malibu, we’ve got to do Detroit, and we’ve got to do Nashville.” said Anderson some time ago. The couple became dating in 2001 but after two years they broke up. In early July they met again in Saint-Tropez at joint friend’s yacht and the feelings has revived. For both it was the second married, Anderson for three years was in relationship with Lee, and Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, was linked to Kelly South Russell.

Jennifer Anston is a single again. It is said that she broke up with her finace Vince Vaughn although they even had weddings plan. Jennifer was so defastated that she needed her girl friends to cope with the problem. Aniston always could rely on her friends Courteney Cox, Sheryl Crow and volleyball star Gabrielle Reece. The Friends star met with her pals at Cox’s Malibu, California home on July 24. They have enough time to think how to help Jennifer and make her mood better.
