After a decade-long court battle the future of Anna Nicole Smith’s fortune is in hands of Supreme Court judges. They will now decide whether former Playboy model have rights to inherit part of her late husband’s (J. Howard Marshall) money. Marshall met Anna Nicole in a strip club where she worked as an exotic dancer. They got married in 1994, he was 89 and she was 26. After a year Marshall died of cancer, leaving no mention of his wife in the will. Since then Smith has been fighting with Marshall’s family for her share in the $1.6 billion estate. Anna Nicole Smith’s attorney, Kent Richland is optimistic. “We’re in it to win. We’re here to resolve the legal issue. It’s been 11 years, so it’s become business as usual.”, he told reporters outside the courthouse.

Pop beauty Britney Spears has denied she is pregnant. The rumors has appeared after star rushed to hospital with  morning sickness. “She was throwing up and had stomach cramps. She’s pregnant.” sources claim. But Britney’s spokesperson  insists that the rumors are completely untrue, because singer is not pregnant. Another sources say that earlier this month Britney confirmed her second pregnancy by saying  “That’s right, number two,” at store Shabby Chic, Malibu. 

A few days ago we could read that Nicole Kidman and her fiance Keith Urban were getting married next month in Australia. The couple has alleged sent out invitations for their wedding. We read: “Nicole is an Australian girl at heart. It’s no surprise that she would want to get married here.” But beauty actress has recently claimed all this story is fabricated and there is no wedding plans. “Everything about that story is nonsense. Nicole Kidman is not getting married to Keith Urban at a Catholic church in Sydney on March 11. I know of no wedding. I know of no wedding date. I know of no wedding plans.” said Kidman’s spokesperson. For the first time celebrity couple has appeared together at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles earlier this month, despite the fact their relationship began in past year.

Ex-pals Martha Stewart and Donald Trump are now accusing and insulting each other. Steward blames poor ratings of her show “The Apprentice: Martha Stewart” on Trump while he fires back telling Steward to take responsibility for the failure of her show “…Putting your show on the air was a mistake for everybody - especially NBC. Your performance was terrible in that the show lacked mood, temperament and just about everything else a show needs for success.” we read in the letter written by property tycoon. Trump have also brought up Stewart’s criminal past. In response Martha Stewart attacked him on her daughter Alexis’ radio show “Donald is not a normal businessman. Remember Donald was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He’s a spoiled brat.”

51 year-old actress Ellen Barking received $20 million after her divorce with billionaire Ron Perelman(62). Ellen is Ron’s fourth wife, his first three divorces (with Faith Golding, Claudia Cohen and Patricia Duff) cost him $ 118 million. The couple got married June 2000 and February 14 their marriage was over, a month after Perelman filed for divorce. The Revlon boss’ lawyer succesfull asked Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Laura Drager for ending the case earlier that month. Ellen has two children  with her previous husband, actor Gabriel Byrne.

Beauty actress, Halle Berry with Canadian model Gabriel Aubry are in love. The couple has started dating on November, when they met on the set of  a Versace ad campaign. Their relationship was a secret for three month and in the end, they went on public on February 7, at a Versace store re-opening in New York City. Sources close to the case insist the couple is totally happy and completely in love. “He told me he was in love.” said Aubry’s father and Gabriel’s agent adds, “It was something that was completely unexpected, and he’s just enjoying each day as it goes by. He’s very, very happy right now.”

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have finally achieved settlement. The “Friends” star gets $29 million Beverly Hills mansion and her exhusband takes control of their film company Plan B Productions. Aniston also gets to keep a “minor stake” in the production firm, which reportedly is worth over $50 million.

Nick Lachey is seeking spousal support from his divorcing wife and wants his jewelry back. He claims “miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects”. He also asks for a share of Simpson’s earnings from and after the date of separation. Last year singer-actress reportedly earned more than $US30 million. Simpson asked the court not to grant Lachey spousal support.

After two marriages, actress Andie McDowell is preparing for her wedding. She’s engaged to a car salesman Kevin Geagan. The couple has met in Andie’s neighberhood, as Kevin has an  Auto Advantage in Asheville, North Carolina, just near Andie’s home. Her first husband was Paul Qualley. They were together for 13 years and they’ve had three children. In 2004 beauty star divorced with her second husband, Rhett DeCamp Hartzog. They were married for three years. Now Andie is very happy with her future husband, who recently said, “I can tell you that we are engaged. Obviously I’m very happy.”
